Our multilingual staff is always ready to help you in any way (sight seeing, restaurants, reservation of shows, administrative tasks, dry cleaning, ironing…)
| Check in at 3pm, rooms should be released by 12 on the following day. If you arrive earlier it will be a pleasure to keep your luggage at the reception. Otherwise if your room is ready before 3pm, we will be pleased to give you the key directly! | |

How to reach us?
From Zaventem International Airport(BRU):
Express train to Midi Station(20mn, 9€), then follow the “Midi station informations” below.
Taxis: 30mn/50-60€
From Charleroi Airport(CRL), Ryanair, Wizzair…:
There is a shuttle service to Brussels Midi station(more convenient than other way of transportation), it takes 45mn. You can reserve or check timetables on the following link:

You can also buy directly the tickets at their desk (just after the arrival gate on your right) or with the bus driver, advice: buy both ways directly its cheaper! Then follow the following instructions from the Midi station.
From International Midi station (Eurostar/Thalys/TGV/Charleroi Airport arrivals):
Bus 49/50/Tram 82/32 – Stop “Orban”- Take Orban st. then on the Square take the left up corner, Montenegro st. and we are on 3rd street right.
Taxis: 5mn/5-10€ (preferably Taxis “Ucclois, Verts or Bleu”)
By foot: 15mn
From the City Centre:
From Grand Place : Bus 48 Decroly – Stop “Rochefort” – Go through the circle straight to Wiellemans Cuppens avenue, then 2nd right.
From Louise : Tram 97 Dieweg – Stop “Berthelot”- Go backward of the tram direction, take the 2nd left.
Taxis: 10mn/15-20€
By car:
Brussels’ ring, Exit 17, direction Centre
Then follow the “WIELS” sign till you arrive to a traffic light on a big crossroad with tram lines, Wiels museum on left and Fortisbank on right,.Go straight up on the Wiellemans Cuppens avenue until the circle. Make a U turn on it to come back on the avenue the other way, then 2nd right.
